Itinerary:
The Tournament will be taking place on a party boat. On this vessel we anchor
on the reef and target Snappers, Groupers,
Mackerel, Porgies, etc.
The prizes will be awarded in four different categories::
Largest Snapper (Men's and women's) divisions.
Largest Grouper (Men's and women's) divisions.
Largest Edible fish (Men's and women's) divisions.
Largest fish by a child (Children 12 and under)
- The term Largest refers strictly to weight. Length has no bearing on the tournament.
- Sharks do not count, Barracuda do not, nor does any fish which is out of season in the state of Florida.
- Only fish which return to the dock and are weighed in count.
- Fish hooked by the Captain or crew do not count.Fish hooked by the Captian or crew do not count.
Thursday, June 10, 2010 will consist of a captains meeting to be held at
Robbie’s Marina, beginning at 6:00 pm.
At least one person from each boat
attend this meeting to receive captain's bags and the rules and and
Regulations
for the tournament.
The rules are subject to change at this meeting at the discretion of
the tournament committee.
All entry forms and fees must be submitted by the conclusion of
this meeting.
Saturday, June 11, 2011 "Lines in" at 7:00 am and "Lines out" at 3:00 pm.
The weigh station
will be open from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Robbies.
Rules and Regulations
Registration Fees: Entry Fee is $50.00 pre angler all proceeds to go to pdca
college fund.
Type of Tournament: Largest Fish
Rules: IGFA rules will apply throughout this tournament.
Fishing License: All participating must pocess a valad Florida Salt water License.
Tournament hours: lines in at 7am and lines out at 3pm, the weigh
station will close at 4pm.
Awards: Tournament winners will recieve trophies at awards ceremony at PDCA
banquet dinner.
Ties: In the event of a tie in weight the winner will be determined by earliest
weigh in time.
Refunds: No Refunds will be given.
Signing of the entry form: by signing the entry form, the angler agrees to
follow the above tournament rules.
