Florida PDCA Board of Directors

Joe was born and raised in Brandon Florida and Has been a Paint Contractor in the Tampa Bay area since 1979, Joe is a past president of the Bay Area chapter of the PDCA and is currently serving as Vice President, Following in the footsteps of his father, Joe has gained the experience and knowledge needed to build a successful and respected business. Joe is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured paint contractor. Joe’s company services the entire State of Florida in residential, commercial, and industrial painting. Joe believes strongly in giving back to the community and is privileged to serve the needy and homeless on a weekly basis. Joe is also involved with other worthy non profit organizations.

Rob was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is a second generation Painting Contractor. He started as a painter for his dad, Ed French, while in High School and assumed the reins of the family business, Ed French Painting, Inc., in 1976, which has been serving the painting and decorating needs of South Florida and the Caribbean since 1946. Rob currently serves as President of the Fort Lauderdale Gulfstream Chapter of PDCA. Rob and his wife, Poco have two children, and work together on various community and civic organizations and projects. He has served as President of the Fort Lauderdale Executives Association and Wilton Manors Kiwanis.

Born and raised in Michigan, Steve is a second generation painter. He started Burnett Painting in November of 1996. He journeyed to Southwest Florida in 2004 to help victims of Hurricane Charlie put their lives back together. It wasn't long before he and his two children fell lin love with the area and decided to stay. Steve is a member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA). He serves on the board and as secretary of the Naples chapter. He is also a member and Treasurer of the PDCA's Florida State Council. The organization holds Steve and his colleagues accountable to its strict standards and offers them continuing education, professional support and mentoring. Steve is also a member of the North Port chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).

Painting over 20 years ago, and is proud to be the fourth generation to service the coating needs of Florida’s businesses and residents. In 1996 Robert along with his wife Patty, created P&R Renovations and Interiors, Inc. Recently, P&R expanded its services to include P&R Pro Coatings, Inc. and general contracting services. In addition to directing his two companies, Robert is the President of PDCA-Sun Coast and takes part in many local non-profit projects to help maintain, restore and beautify the Tampa Bay Area. Robert is also a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute and proudly supports the Sun Coast Chapter of CAI.
